Resolutions don’t work for me lol. Instead i wrote down a list of 25 things i wanted to do more often this year. I now was checking the list to see how well i was doing and what things i have forgotten about in march and thought “i should share this” so here goes the list
- Read
- As soon as you are allowed, go running!!! (I recently restarted!!! I dont have to run, I can run. The mindset of privilege wrks for me hehe)
- watch good movies with iñi
- laugh
- start playing guitar (im learning soooooo much)
- meditate (yeah no, still not working)
- get excited
- work a lot on your thesis (im going crazy, but good crazy hahaha)
- try french or dutch
- dance ( i do my best lol )
- listen to yourself, listen to your body and try and understand
- breath, deep in and out
- buy more flowers
- smile to strangers in the street (i do it a lot now hihi)
- stop worrying (nothing good can come out of expecting the worst)
- try to do better
- ask “how are you?”
- hug
- listen to new songs
- take naps
- have kind inner dialogues
- let go
- go on walks
- save money (lets say we are trying haha)
- check these lists (i have too many notes)
