Things to do more often in 2025

Resolutions don’t work for me lol. Instead i wrote down a list of 25 things i wanted to do more often this year. I now was checking the list to see how well i was doing and what things i have forgotten about in march and thought “i should share this” so here goes the list

  1. Read
  2. As soon as you are allowed, go running!!! (I recently restarted!!! I dont have to run, I can run. The mindset of privilege wrks for me hehe)
  3. watch good movies with iñi
  4. laugh
  5. start playing guitar (im learning soooooo much)
  6. meditate (yeah no, still not working)
  7. get excited
  8. work a lot on your thesis (im going crazy, but good crazy hahaha)
  9. try french or dutch
  10. dance ( i do my best lol )
  11. listen to yourself, listen to your body and try and understand
  12. breath, deep in and out
  13. buy more flowers
  14. smile to strangers in the street (i do it a lot now hihi)
  15. stop worrying (nothing good can come out of expecting the worst)
  16. try to do better
  17. ask “how are you?”
  18. hug
  19. listen to new songs
  20. take naps
  21. have kind inner dialogues
  22. let go
  23. go on walks
  24. save money (lets say we are trying haha)
  25. check these lists (i have too many notes)
